RANTOUL CITY SCHOOLS #137 - ONLINE REGISTRATION FOR THE 2023-24 SCHOOL YEAR OPENS ON MAY 1ST FOR NEW AND RETURNING STUDENTS
Online Registration for the 23-24 School Year is NOW OPEN for New and Returning Students.
If you cannot do online registration at home, we will be holding a Centralized Registration at JW Eater Junior High School on Thursday, July 27, 2023, from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
ALL parents should bring a photo id and if you are registering a new student , a child's birth certificate and two proofs of residency, i.e. mortgage/lease AND Rantoul Utility Bill.
NEW STUDENTS - THIS INCLUDES KINDERGARTNERS NEW TO THE DISTRICT OR ANY STUDENTS THAT DID NOT COMPLETE THE 2023-2024 SCHOOL YEAR AT RCS
Incoming kindergartners that DID NOT attend the RCS Pre-K Program at Pleasant Acres AND do not have other siblings at RCS #137 would click below to register. (Skyward New Application)
Students that are brand new to RCS or did not complete the 2023-2024 school year would also click the link below to register.
Parents/guardians registering new Pre-K students must call 217-893-5154 to schedule a screening before proceeding with online registration.

If you forgot your login/password click the Forgot your Login/Password link, and it will ask you for your Email or User Name. Once you enter this information, it will email you a reset link.
If you are trying to log in and you know your login and password are correct and it is not letting you in, you may be blocked out. We block parents from registering for a variety of reasons - either you owe money, we need to check your residency, we have no birth certificate for your child. If this is the case, please email dwidener@rcs137.org or call 217-893-5452. She can provide you with the reason your account is blocked and let you know the next steps.
If your email address has changed since you originally signed up for Skyward and need further help with your login/password, please email dwidener@rcs137.org or call 217-893-5452.
Once logged in on the left-hand side, you will see the top button is NEW STUDENT ENROLLMENT and the second box is RETURNING STUDENT ONLINE REGISTRATION 2023-2024. For parents that need to enroll a kindergarten sibling that DID NOT attend pre-k at RCS, click the NEW STUDENT ENROLLMENT BUTTON. To re-enroll returning students, click on the Returning Student Online Registration 2023-2024. Pre-K students that attended the RCS Pre-K program are considered returning even though they may be at a different school this year.
Once you click on the Returning Student Online Registration 2023-2024, there are 5 or 6 steps that need to be completed. Every step MUST have a GREEN Check Mark next to it to be completed. See the picture below on the right-hand side. When you get to the very last step to completing Returning Student Online Registration 2023-2024,You MUST Click the large box in the middle that says SUBMIT Returning Student Online Registration 2023-2024. See the picture below. Once you do this, you will get a Green Check Mark next to the last step and a message will pop up that the Registration has been completed for your student.
If you have multiple students, you will have to go to the top of the screen and click each child's name and complete registration for each one of them.

If you put in a change of address for STEP 1b we will need you to scan a copy / take a picture of your Rantoul Utility Bill AND New Lease/Mortgage and email it to dwidener@rcs137.org for the change of address to be approved.
