Online Registration for the 25-26 School Year is NOW OPEN for New and Returning Students.

ALL parents should bring a photo id and if you are registering a new student , a child's birth certificate and a valid mortgage/lease OR two documents from the following list below:

• Affidavit of Residency (provided by RCS) [A family would usually only need to do an affidavit if they cannot find items from below]
• Telephone company verification of a landline
• Recent utility bill (from the last 60 days)
• Public aid/Medical card, medical bills
• Voter registration card
• Current homeowner’s insurance or renter’s insurance policy statement
• Auto registration
• Federal or state income tax return (financial information may be removed)

 

 

 

Incoming kindergartners that DID NOT attend the RCS Pre-K Program at Pleasant Acres AND do not have other siblings at RCS #137 would click below to register. (Skyward New Application)

 

Students that are brand new to RCS or did not complete the 2024-2025 school year would also click the link below to register.

If you forgot your login/password click the Forgot your Login/Password link, and it will ask you for your Email or User Name. Once you enter this information, it will email you a reset link.

 

 

If your email address has changed since you originally signed up for Skyward and need further help with your login/password, please email dwidener@rcs137.org or call 217-893-5452.

 

 

Once logged in on the left-hand side, you will see the top button is NEW STUDENT ENROLLMENT and the second box is RETURNING STUDENT ONLINE REGISTRATION 2025-2026. For parents that need to enroll a kindergarten sibling that DID NOT attend pre-k at RCS, click the NEW STUDENT ENROLLMENT BUTTON. To re-enroll returning students, click on the Returning Student Online Registration 2025-2026. Pre-K students that attended the RCS Pre-K program are considered returning even though they may be at a different school this year. 

 

 

Once you click on the Returning Student Online Registration 2025-2026, there are 5 or 6 steps that need to be completed. Every step MUST have a GREEN Check Mark next to it to be completed. See the picture below on the right-hand side. When you get to the very last step to completing Returning Student Online Registration 2025-2026,You MUST Click the large box in the middle that says SUBMIT Returning Student Online Registration 2025-2026. See the picture below. Once you do this, you will get a Green Check Mark next to the last step and a message will pop up that the Registration has been completed for your student. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

If you have multiple students, you will have to go to the top of the screen and click each child's name and complete registration for each one of them.
